The purpose of coaching is to develop and bring out the best version of that person as a leader in achieving goals and being an influential and respected member of the Executive Team. Too often, people are placed in a new position without much support or clarity, setting them up for failure and creating a negative atmosphere for all involved. Coaching can help alleviate that unnecessary frustration, confusion, and tension.
