This can encompass overall strategy development, marketing, sales management, business development or implementation of all these. The idea is to bring analysis, objectivity and wisdom to a given situation to get it off dead center.

The company CEO is looking for a third-party resource to analyze exit or growth options and how to scale the organization to get to the “next level”.

The growth option becomes more attractive and leads to a growth strategy focused on new product introduction, people development, and accountability systems to stay on track.
